The ESL Program Specialist Certificate is approved in Pennsylvania for teachers seeking an ESL endorsement to teach in a diversified classroom. In partnership with select Intermediate Units (IU's), all ESL courses are approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) for ACT 48 CPE credits and the ESL endorsement certificate.

The ESL course series is a package of all ESL courses that are required for your ESL Program Specialist Certificate. Purchasing the ESL Program Specialist Certificate series saves the teacher $300 and allows the teacher the flexibility to reschedule courses as conflicts with course dates arise. In addition to the course savings and flexible scheduling teachers have up to 3 years to complete the program.
