This class will introduce students to fundamental concepts of color theory for pigments. We will both learn the following concepts and apply them to finished projects: the color wheel; monochromatic, complementary, analogous, and triad color schemes; and shading with color. These concepts can be applied in the visual arts as well as other areas of design.
